Paste the quote, pick the trade, and tell us what you want to know. A person reads it against a standard scope for that trade and writes you a benchmark note.

What happens next

  1. A person reads the quote line by line.
  2. If the quote is a PDF or a photo, we reply by email and ask for it; you attach it to your reply.
  3. You get a benchmark note by email: included, missing, vague, the arithmetic, questions to ask, and a scope for a second contractor.

We do not promise a reply time. We do not send your quote to contractors or to anyone else outside finalist.cc.
