In short: we collect what we need to answer your request, and we do not send your quote, your request or your details to contractors.

Who we are

finalist.cc is run by Our Landmen LLC (“we”, “us”), 1501 S. Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1363, Cheyenne, WY 82007, (307) 263-8515.

What we collect

• The quote form: the trade, the ZIP code, how the quote is held, the quote text you paste (which may name a contractor and list prices), your question, and when you sent it.
• The job form: the trade, the ZIP code, your description, whether you have photos, timing, any measurements, and when you sent it.
• You: your name, your email address, and a phone number if you give one.
• Files and photos you send later by email, if we ask for them to do your note.

Server logs

Google, which hosts the site, may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the page requested. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising code, and its fonts are served from the site itself.

How we use it

• To read your quote or your job and write your note.
• To write to you about that request.
• To keep spam and abuse off the site, and to keep our own records of requests received.

Who else handles it

• Google Cloud and Firebase host the site and store form submissions.
• Our Landmen LLC reads the requests stored there and keeps its own records of them.
• Contractors do not receive your quote, your request, your photos or your details from us.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (307) 263-8515 or write to the address above, and we will answer.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and Google encrypts stored data at rest. We keep a request while we are working on it, and afterward in our own records until you ask us to delete it.
